Love handles are deposits of fat that form on both sides of a person’s waist. They might have a cute name, but in reality, they are extremely unattractive. Worst thing about them is that it is tremendously difficult to get rid of them.

First of all, avoid simple carbohydrates like pasta, white bread and white rice, and eat complex ones like whole grains. Eat more foods that contain healthy fats and eat less saturated fats. Waist bend

Hold a dumbbell in right hand, place left hand on the left side of your waist and stand with feet slightly apart. Bend your waist slowly to your right until you pass your right knee with your dumbbell in right hand. Rise back. Repeat this exercise 10-12 times with the same side and then change sides. You will feel strain in your waist, which means that you are firming up your waist muscles.

Oblique crunch

Lie down on floor as if you are doing a regular sit up. Lift your upper body towards your one knee and then other. You should feel strain in your sides and abs

Sideways crunch

Also known as waist crunches, you should lie on the floor as if you are doing a regular crunch. Bend your knees, lower both to your right until the right knee touches the ground. Left knee should be lying on top of your right one. Raise your body up like regular sit-ups. Repeat 10-20 times and switch sides.
